The terms of this Policy apply to all persons who use or access the Platform on behalf of a commercial enterprise, business concern, governmental organization and/or educational institution (the “Enterprise”) or in an individual capacity, including authorized users representing the Enterprise, its employees, or other persons using or accessing the Platform (the “User(s)”). Furthermore, anyone agreeing to the terms of this Policy on behalf of an Enterprise represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind said Enterprise to the Policy and are therefore accepting the terms and conditions hereunder on behalf of the Enterprise.

“THE PRB GROUP LLC” is providing their services in i.e. tax preparation, notarizing loan documents, financial and credit coaching services. The clients can access this website for any aforementioned services. For any required services the user has to pay the advance fee by verified payment methods.

The User has the right to cancel the service with 24 hour notice before the scheduled appointment. If the User fails to cancel the services with 24 hour notice then no refund will be given to the user.

“THE PRB GROUP LLC” makes no implied or express representations or warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of the User Content submitted on the Platform and shall not be held liable for any error results, whether directly or indirectly, from an individual’s reliance on information provided on the Platform by anyone other than “THE PRB GROUP LLC”.

“THE PRB GROUP LLC” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove User Content, Offer, Wallets, etc from the Platform; however, no obligation exists on “THE PRB GROUP LLC” to definitively undertake any such action.

The Users can buy the membership of “THE PRB GROUP LLC”. The monthly membership will help the users in timely and professional services within reasonable time. For any membership the both parties i.e. “THE PRB GROUP LLC” and the user should agree on the settled terms of the membership agreement. The “THE PRB GROUP LLC” has sole legal authority to cancel the membership.

“THE PRB GROUP LLC” has the legal authority to cancel the subscription in case of any illegal activity or violation of terms and conditions.

No liability shall be incurred by “THE PRB GROUP LLC”  for any loss, damage, delays or failures arising out of the use of the Platform and attributable to acts beyond “THE PRB GROUP LLC’s  control, including but not limited to acts of God, changes to laws, embargoes, wars, terrorist acts, acts or omissions of third-parties, epidemics, explosions, socio-economic instability, natural calamities, power outages, weather conditions, acts of hackers, internet issues service providers, any outside forces that disrupt the functionality of the Platform and acts or omissions of the User or any third party.

All Materials are protected by copyright and other forms of intellectual property, and are owned or controlled by “THE PRB GROUP LLC” its Seller, or the parties credited in the copyright and trademark notices within the Materials. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Materials in whole or in part. You agree that any copy of the Materials that you make or have in your possession shall be unaltered and shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. All information and software provided through the Site is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the “THE PRB GROUP LLC”, its affiliates or the parties credited in the copyright and trademark notices within the Materials.

“THE PRB GROUP LLC” has Intellectual Property Rights of the content published on the website. No one can use the content without the permission of the management of the website. The User by accepting this term and condition acknowledge as; I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representative {hereinafter collectively, “Release,” “I”‘ or “me”, which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardians if Releasor is under 18 year of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my working relationship with the “THE PRB GROUP LLC”.

The User further acknowledge as; I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs.
